It's been 6 months since I started to work on my thesis. It is a very rich experience, I try to learn new things every days. For the moment I focus on Plant biology and Mathematics. It is crazy all the statistics mistake made when it comes to analyse biological data.

Even more with the IA coming.. IA like chat gpt is great to show how the majority resolved a problem. But in our field we led the way, so "normaly" nobody have made what we are actualy doing.

I hope I will be able to work more, focusing also on other skills.

Its been one month since my last post, lot of things happened ! A very busy month but rich in knowledge and meeting.

I start to have a more global vision of my project and try to create a routine of my work. Its been very pleasent to come back in the lab and to have my own desk.

When I will have more time I will change a little bit the website to make it more cool !

Wednesday, I start my new contrat for my thesis, I am ready to put myself 100% in this project. Working with an high level team is always pleasant :)

Also I want to increase my botanic and mathematics skills. For that, I will be working even harder on theorical stuffs.

On the other hand, once I will have my internet box (if everythings go alright, next monday), I will be able to deploy my home server with my raspberry pi.. It will be so cool !

Hi, I recently had the opportunity to work with the data of my ex Boss PHD.

I hope we will find some interesting things, it is around nitrogen mineral nutrition, soil analysis, plant yield, and NUE. For the moment the data is difficult to analyse but I think I will find something.

I will keep you in touch. Also I fixed my summer objective on Botanic (Plant Biology and Herborist things), Mathematics (Bio-informatics and statistic) and Administrative things (finding a place to live in Versaille, be more aware of what around me and communicate more).

I hope I will work harder, I will also make you informed of my advancement.

I am doing a pomodoro work of 50 mins work for 10 mins break, I will keep track of my work and post each week how much i worked in extra work of my data science summer school !!!

Today I was graduated from my Master degree in AgroParisTec (Paris-Saclay University). Pretty cool that in my examn jury 2 person where from the Jean-Pierre Bourgin Institute (where I will be next year). It's been 3 good years in a Syngenta Research team also !!

Also I am a little bit proud that I had 95/100 in my data science summer school. I want to learn more about math for data science !!

I am so motivated to work more and make a significative impact on the agricultural world !!

I had the opportunity to exchange with a guy from my company that created a tool very usefull for research (Jérémie Lecoeur). What a carrer (and it isn't finished) !

Person like this, who pushed the research for years (in his case on the modelisation which now seems like normal but at this time it was big innovation), inspire me the most.

Like him I like to grow plants just to see how its going and how the plant work, I love non fictionnal books to learn new things. We discussed about his carrer and I hope I will acchieve at least 50 percent of what he done !!

I am working a lot on my master thesis, but I still find time to work on botanic at least 2-3 hours per days.

I have finished my summer school and what a good time passed.

I lean mainly that I need to work maths more to understand more complicated statistics. I will try to work on linear algebra, calculus and statistics..

Also I found very interesting to wake up 3 hours early to work on my things before starting to work.

Hi, as I said, I am currently in a summer school, everythings is going great, I am learning the maths behind the data science. It is so much interesting !

I have a project to do my own package of data transformation and data analysis, let's see how far this project can go during september.

Hi, I am actualy in Warwick University to do 3 weeks of summer school on data science and machine learning.

It will be a great way for me to learn new bio-informatics skills for my future PHD. I will also have some free time to work on differents projects (upgrade my analysis on my Syngenta project, advance my Master thesis, work on botanic, do sport..).

I am very motivated !!

Hi everybody, I recently read a book about the magic power of plants.

"LES PLANTES MAGIQUES"

I liked how Paul Sédir discribed the occult botanic, its link with the Catholisims. I plan to read more book about the power of plants and give here some great advices about it.

More recently I have been accepted to do a PHD on the Maize symbiosis with fungus and microbiota. It will be a perfect way to increase my knowledge about botanic !!

I will also speak about the advancement of my knowledge here eheh
